The Kingsborough Village is a prominent mixed-use development encompassing 280 dwellings which are a mixture of apartments and terrace homes with significant commercial and retail space. The vision for Kingsborough was to create a community connection and atmosphere through the creation of several shared spaces throughout the precinct as well as by enticing commercial tenants who will continue to foster the community atmosphere in the village square long after the development is completed.
